随着民办高校招生数量的不断扩大,在搞好学生稳定工作中,要始终落实保持共产党员先进性的基本要求,充分认识学生党员在学生群体中发挥先锋模范作用的重要性。按照大学生党员的基本要求,针对民办高校学生党员的实际问题,应做到:抓动机教育,提高理想信念修养;抓长效教育,提高政治思想素质;抓学习教育,扩大先进影响力;抓标准建设,扩大先进代表性。
