目的了解丰宁满族自治县成人大骨节病病情,为今后的防治提供依据。方法按照国家大骨节病监测方案进行。结果我县18个监测点,临床检查5 484人,平均检出率3.76%,其中检出Ⅰ度149人,Ⅱ度40人,Ⅲ度17人。男性患者94人,女性患者112人。患病年龄主要集中在50～79岁之间。结论本次调查严格按照国家大骨节病监测方案进行,为及时掌握我县的大骨节病的发病现况提供了科学合理的依据。
Objective To understand the prevalence of adult KBD in Fengning Manchu Autonomous County and provide the basis for future prevention and treatment. Methods According to the national KBD monitoring program. Results 18 counties in our county, clinical examination of 5 484 people, the average detection rate of 3.76%, of which Ⅰ degree of 149 were detected, Ⅱ 40 degrees, Ⅲ 17 degrees. 94 males and 112 females. Sick age is mainly concentrated in the 50 to 79 years old. Conclusion The survey was conducted in strict accordance with the National Kashin-Beck disease monitoring program, which provided a scientific and reasonable basis for timely grasping the incidence of Kashin-Beck disease in our county.
