前几年,乐清县人民医院由于受社会上的不良风气影响,出现了巧立名目乱收费的现象,以致在1988年物价大检查中受到了县物价部门的处罚。对此,院领导以认真、主动、负责的态度,采取一系列措施来健全自我约束机制,维护了病员利益。一、改变收费方法。由财务科统一印制医疗收费凭单,病员在接受治疗以后,凭医生开具的医嘱,由值班护士每日在收费单上填列治疗项目和次数,再由收费处根据价目表划价收费或过帐,以制止业务科室自立名目多收费。
