目的 探讨体描法气道阻力测定的分度值对矽肺阻塞性通气功能障碍进行分度。方法 选择进行过有关测定的矽肺患者200 例,以第1 秒用力呼气量的分度值分为正常、轻度、中度、重度组观察各组体描法气道阻力测定项目的变化。结果 统计学处理各组间有显著性差异。2 种测定法观察值有显著相关性,由此得体描法气道阻力各项目的分度值。结论 体描法气道阻力测定能直接反映气道阻力的变化且灵敏度高,人为因素较小,故用其分度值来判断矽肺阻塞性通气功能障碍可能更具有客观性
Objective To investigate the classification of obstructive ventilatory dysfunction caused by silicosis based on the subdivision of physical examination of airway resistance. Methods Two hundred and twenty patients with silicosis were selected and divided into the normal, mild, moderate and severe groups according to the change of 1 second forced expiratory volume. Results Statistical analysis showed significant differences among groups. There was a significant correlation between the two measurement observations, which led to the physical tracing of airway resistance in each subdivision value. Conclusion The physical measurement of airway resistance measurement can directly reflect the change of airway resistance with high sensitivity and less human factors, so it may be more objective to judge the obstructive ventilatory dysfunction of silicosis with its sub-degree
