以具有斑马叶片标记性状的杂交水稻材料武金4A为主要研究对象,通过对斑马叶片性状表现的系统观察、斑马叶材料与正常绿叶材料的正反杂交、不完全双列杂交后代性状分离分析、斑马叶片标记不育系的配合力分析和测交鉴定、斑马叶片作为鉴别不育系和杂交种纯度形态标记的应用性评价等多方面的试验研究,获得了水稻斑马叶片标记性状的表现特征、遗传特性、带有该标记性状的三系不育系及其所配杂交组合的农艺性状等主要结果。
