目的 比较褐藻硫酸多糖 (冷提取物 SPC和热提取物 SPH)对青春双歧杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌体外促增殖效果。方法 选用 BS培养基 ,采取试管法。结果 在实验浓度下 ,SPC和 SPH对两种双歧杆菌增殖均有明显的促进作用。其活菌数 ,实验组与对照组比 ,有显著性和非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 0 1) ,且呈量效关系。 SPH促菌增殖效果优于 SPC,当浓度为 0 .5 %和 1.0 %时 ,具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。在同种浓度下 ,两种双歧杆菌活菌数无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 SPC和 SPH都是有效的双歧杆菌促增殖因子 ,SPH促增殖效果优于 SPC。
Objective To compare the in vitro proliferation of Bifidobacterium adolescentis and Bifidobacterium adolescentis with brown algae sulfate polysaccharides (cold extract SPC and heat extract SPH). Methods BS medium was chosen to take test tube method. Results SPC and SPH significantly promoted the proliferation of both Bifidobacteria at the experimental concentration. The number of viable cells, the experimental group and the control group, there was a significant and very significant difference (P <0.05, P <0.01, P <0.001), and the dose-response relationship. The effect of SPH on proliferation and proliferation was better than that of SPC. When the concentration was 0 .5% and 1.0%, there was a significant difference (P <0. 05). At the same concentration, there was no significant difference between the two strains of Bifidobacterium (P> 0.05). Conclusions Both SPC and SPH are effective Bifidobacterium promoters and SPH is more effective than SPC.
