[目的]探讨转化生长因子β受体1(TGFβR1)和smad系列蛋白(smad2/3、smad4、smad7)与胃腺癌发生、发展的关系及其相关性。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法对80例胃腺癌、20例正常胃黏膜组织的TGFβR1和smad2/3、smad4、smad7进行检测。[结果]胃癌组织中TGFβR1、smad2/3、smad4的阳性表达率明显低于正常胃黏膜,而smad7阳性表达率高于正常胃黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TGFβR1和smad2/3的表达与胃癌的TNM分期有关(P﹤0.05),smad4、smad7在胃癌中表达的变化与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P﹤0.05);TGFβR1与smad2/3在胃癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.429,P=0.000),与smad7呈负相关(r=-0.522,P=0.000)。[结论]TGFβR1、smad2/3、smad4和smad7的异常表达与胃腺癌的发生、发展有关。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the expression of transforming growth factor β receptor 1 (TGFβR1) and smad protein (smad2 / 3, smad4, smad7) and the occurrence and development of gastric adenocarcinoma. [Method] The expressions of TGFβR1, smad2 / 3, smad4 and smad7 in 80 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rates of TGFβR1, smad2 / 3 and smad4 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in normal gastric mucosa, while the positive rates of smad7 in gastric cancer tissues were higher than those in normal gastric mucosa (P <0.05). The expressions of TGFβR1 and smad2 (P <0.05). The changes of smad4 and smad7 in gastric cancer were related to the differentiation degree, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expressions of TGFβR1 and smad2 / 3 in gastric cancer (R = 0.429, P = 0.000), but negatively correlated with smad7 (r = -0.522, P = 0.000). [Conclusion] Abnormal expression of TGFβR1, smad2 / 3, smad4 and smad7 is related to the occurrence and development of gastric adenocarcinoma.
