生化需氧量(biochemical oxygen demand,BOD)是评价水质有机物污染程度的综合指标,广泛应用于水体污染监测和污水处理的运行控制。目前BOD的测定在国内外均采用5天培养法,存在测定周期长、操作复杂等缺点,不能满足BOD在线快速监测的要求。高灵敏度生物传感器BOD快速测定仪利用固定化微生物颗粒作为BOD快速测定仪的全新生物识别元件,突破了采用生物膜作为生物识别元件的缺陷,发明了固定化微生物悬浮分散系统反应器式BOD快速测量技术,改善了BOD快速测定仪的检出限和稳定性。这对我国水污染快速检测、提升水处理行业的水平、提高环境检测仪器的自主研发和生产能力、加速环保产业发展具有十分重要的意义。
