全国人民防空工程建设与管理工作会议于2001年11月28日至30日在广州召开。会议在回顾“八五”以来人防工程工作时指出,我国人防工程建设快速发展,平战结合成效显著,人防工程开发利用效益好、作用大,为城市发展和社会稳定做出了重大贡献。据介绍,我国人防工程服务面越来越宽。截至目前,全国人防工程开放利用率达到46%。
