本实验借助Kin-Com等速装置,以60°/sec角速度,分别对60名正常青壮年髋关节屈曲、伸展、外展、内收、外旋和内旋进行了6次向心收缩、离心收缩交互的测试,获得了相应等速力矩峰值、均值,并通过多因素方差分析、t检验等手段分析影响正常青壮年髋关节等速力矩值的部分因素。结果表明:显著性影响因素为功能动作、收缩状态、功能动作与收缩状态间的交互影响、性别和体重,上述因素占整个影响因素的50~60%,而年龄、身高对力矩值无明显影响。性别间的差异来自于体格构成、日常活动、体育运动和运动素质。个体的体重差异可用力矩体重比来解决。
In this experiment, six normal centripetal contractions were performed on flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, external rotation and internal rotation of 60 normal young adults with the help of Kin-Com constant velocity device at an angular velocity of 60 ° / sec. Contractions and contraction tests were performed to obtain the corresponding peak values and mean values of isokinetic torque. Some factors influencing the constant hip torque of normal young adults were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance and t test. The results showed that the significant influencing factors were functional motility, systolic state, interaction between functional motility and contractility, gender and body weight, which accounted for 50-60% of the total influencing factors, while age and height had no significant effect on moment values . The differences between the sexes come from body composition, daily activities, sports and athletic qualities. Individual weight differences can be used to solve the moment weight ratio.
