作为学生个人来讲,他们是一个个活生生的生命,班主任老师应该把学生放在平等的角度,用心倾听学生的心声,实现生命与生命的沟通,学生在内心都是想和老师沟通的,只是老师用不恰当的方式堵住了学生的嘴,疏远了学生的心,从此再也无法了解真实的学生,再也无法走进他们的内心。所以,无论什么时候都要把学生摆在平等的位置上来交流,有些时候甚至要俯下身去、蹲下来倾听孩子的心里话,可以说,选择民主平等的对话方式是成功
