[病例437] 患者68岁,女,初诊于1972年3月15日。病历:主诉从1年前起胃部不适,烧心,33岁起患脊髓病,并穿腰衣,胃部不适。从60岁起诉有腰痛。生过7个小孩。体格营养一般,脸色苍白。血压150/90,近来烧心症状严重。从咽部到食道,胸部中心好像要裂开那样。没有恶心和打嗝。腹部普遍发软,几乎没有抵抗,属虚证,但有数处压痛。此患者不属于柴胡剂证、泻心汤证,也没有瘀血。
[Case 437] The patient was 68 years old and she was diagnosed on March 15, 1972. Medical records: complained of stomach discomfort since 1 year ago, heartburn, 33 years of age suffering from myelopathy, and wearing a gown, stomach discomfort. Prosecution from the age of 60 has low back pain. 7 children have been born. Physical nutrition, pale face. The blood pressure is 150/90, and the symptoms of heartburn have recently become severe. From the pharynx to the esophagus, the center of the chest seems to split. No nausea and no snoring. The abdomen is generally soft and there is almost no resistance. It is a deficiency but there are several tendernesses. This patient does not belong to Bupleurum, Xiexin decoction, and there is no bleeding.
