目的:观察乙酰水杨酸镁脲(ASMU)对血栓形成及血小板聚集的影响并探讨其机制。方法:以阿司匹林(ASA)为对照,灌胃给药后观察药物对动物血栓形成及血小板聚集的影响,并利用放免法分析其对富含血小板血浆(PRP)中血栓素B2(TXB2)的影响。结果:ASMU呈剂量依赖性减轻实验动物血栓的严重程度,并可显著抑制凝血酶和二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱发的血小板聚集,对前者的抑聚作用明显强于同剂量的ASA。另外还可使PRP中TXB2含量显著降低。结论:ASMU具有抗血小板作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of magnesium acetylsalicylate-urea (ASMU) on thrombosis and platelet aggregation and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Aspirin (ASA) was used as control. The effects of drugs on thrombosis and platelet aggregation in animals were observed after intragastric administration. The effect of ASA on thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) . RESULTS: ASMU attenuated the severity of thrombus in experimental animals in a dose-dependent manner and significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by thrombin and adenosine diphosphate (ADP). The inhibition of ASMU was stronger than that of the same dose of ASA. In addition, TXB2 levels in PRP can be significantly reduced. Conclusion: ASMU has anti-platelet effect.
