目的探讨经闭孔阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效和安全性。方法 295例SUI患者接受TVT-O治疗,术后通过门诊随诊及电话随访,评估手术疗效及安全性。结果所有患者手术均顺利完成,术中无膀胱损伤及尿道损伤病例。经过3-100个月的随访,TVT-O的治愈率81.02%,改善率11.86%,无效率7.12%。术后早期并发症:排尿困难8例,大腿根部疼痛22例,新发尿频19例;远期并发症:吊带侵蚀2例。结论 TVT-O治疗SUI的效果明确,具有治愈率高,并发症较少,术后恢复快等优点。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transthoracic open tension-free urethral suspension (TVT-O) in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods A total of 295 SUI patients underwent TVT-O treatment. Postoperative follow-up and phone follow-up were performed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of surgery. Results All the patients were successfully completed surgery, no bladder injury and urethral injury cases. After 3-100 months of follow-up, the cure rate of TVT-O was 81.02%, the improvement rate was 11.86% and the inefficiency rate was 7.12%. Early postoperative complications: dysuria in 8 cases, 22 cases of thigh root pain, new hair frequency in 19 cases; long-term complications: sling erosion in 2 cases. Conclusion TVT-O treatment of SUI clear effect, with high cure rate, fewer complications, postoperative recovery and so on.
