一台夏普25W11—B1型彩电出现水平一条亮线的故障,经查系场输出集成电路IX0948CE损坏所致。该集成电路在市场上无法购到,使维修陷入困境。笔者分析了该集成电路的方框图及外围电路,发现IX0948CE与价格低廉的AN5521的内外电路几乎一模一样,完全可以代用,且AN5521的耐压及功率均符合原集成块的要求,通过试验,把AN5521对应接入原IX0948CE的位置,机器即可正常工作。
