有机磷农药目前农村已广泛使用,但有时由于使用不当或保管不慎而引起中毒者并不少见。去年我院曾先后收治多例乐果中毒患者,现将其中3例较严重者救治过程报告如下: 例1 何××、男,18岁,农民,未婚。因服乐果4两多,2小时半后家人发现时已告昏迷。于1979年9月4日上午10时30分急诊入院。入院时体温37.6℃,脉搏84次/分,呼吸12次/分,血压110/60,病者深度昏迷,面色苍白,发绀,口喷白沫,可闻恶臭大蒜味,呼吸浅而缓慢,双侧瞳孔极度缩小,对光调节反射消失,颈软,双肺可闻大量粗大湿性啰音,尤以双肺底为甚,心(-),腹软,肝于肋下2厘米,质软,脾不大,肠鸣存在,深浅反射消失,入院时化验结果:胆硷酯酶活性70%(纸片法),二氧化碳结合力49.3%。血常规:红细胞427万,血
