接到宪法学研究会纪念何华辉教授的开会通知,浮想联翩。作为新中国宪法学的奠基人,何华辉教授离我们远去已经10个年头了。这10年来,中国的宪法学研究又有了不少新的发展,中华人民共和国宪法的条文也经过了几次修改。回想10年前的深秋,接到周叶中教授从武汉大学打来电话告知何教授逝世的消息,令人震惊,令人悲痛。我当即联络张庆福教授发了唁电,沉痛哀悼。从此,在每年的年会上再也看不到、听不到何教授和蔼可亲的音容笑貌、平和而又深邃的讲话。
Received a notice of the meeting of the Constitutional Studies Memorial Professor Ho Hua-hui, imagination. As the founder of the new China constitutional law, Professor He Huahui has been away from us for 10 years. In the past 10 years, there have been quite a few new developments in the study of constitutional law in China, and the provisions of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China have also been revised several times. Looking back on the autumn of 10 years ago, it was shocking and painful to hear from Professor Zhou Yezhong telephoning Wuhan University from the death of Professor He. I immediately contacted Professor Zhang Qingfu sent a telegram, painful condolences. Since then, he can no longer see each year’s annual meeting, can not hear Professor Affable pleasing voice, calm and profound speech.
