高尔夫诞生几百年来,一直以9洞为单位,一般球场都分为前九洞和后九洞,而球洞则以4个三杆洞、4个五杆洞和10个四杆洞为标榜组成18洞。现在,泰国曼谷就有~个标新立异的球场,不仅打破了原来9洞为单元的配置,改为每6个洞为一单元,而且球洞的设置也为6个三杆洞、6个四杆洞和6个五杆洞,这个球场就是尼坎蒂高尔夫俱乐部(Nikanti Golf Club)。
