湖南省长杜家毫很有个性:他对单车情有独钟。他说:“我到哪里工作都会买一辆自行车,到长沙也买了一辆。”最近,在湖南省委城市工作会议上,杜家毫讲述了自己骑单车的遭遇。他说:“骑车上路,一会要骑上人行道;一会路断了要扛着车子过天桥;一会被交警拦住,他也不知道我是省长,还教训了几句;我转弯做个手势,提醒后面机动车注意,出租车师傅还把我拦住,摇下车窗,说你摆什么谱啊?又把我骂两句。”杜家毫讲述自己骑单车时受到的训斥和奚落,是想提醒相关部门和领导,要提升公共服务空间;要站在百姓角度去感受各类公共服务设施如何;要改变冷漠的服务态度,让城市更有人情味。
