(二○○六年十二月二十八日)沪府发[2006]53号各区、县人民政府,市政府各委、办、局,驻沪三军、武警部队各大单位: 2007年元旦、春节即将来临。各级政府、各部门、各单位和驻沪部队要以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面落实科学发展观,认真贯彻党的十六届六中全会精神,以构建社会主义和谐社会为主线,以新一轮双拥模范(先进)评选工作为载体,紧紧围绕国家和军队建设的中心任务,深入开展拥军优属、拥政爱民工作,进一步密切同呼吸、共命运、心连心的新型军政军民关系,不断提高全市双拥工作整体水平。为此,现就做好2007年元旦春节期间拥军优属拥政爱民工作作如下通知:
