以“村民自治”为主要内容的中国农村基层民主建设能够在中国兴起 ,既是当今世界改革与民主化浪潮的不断推动、中国政治民主化进程的必然要求 ,也是中国社会经济文化发展的必然结果。
The building of grassroots-level democracy in rural China with “villager autonomy” as its main content can be a rise in China. It is not only the continuous push of the tide of reform and democratization in the world today but also the inevitable requirement of the democratization of Chinese politics and the inevitable result of the social and economic development in China.
