2008年,舟山市人民警察培训学校先后举办了一期新警培训班和五期全市轮训轮值培训班,总共培训509人。根据《全省公安机关三年基本功训练大比武方案》要求,开设了15米立姿无依托精度射击课程。通过开训前的摸底测试,我们发现民警的射击水平并不理想,平均成绩只有30环左右,及格率(25环以上及格,满环为50环)仅75%。这说明一线民警的射击技能是比较低的。在训练中,根据民警个体差异,教官采取科学灵活的射击训
In 2008, Zhoushan People’s Police Training School successively held a new training course for police officers and five training sessions for the whole city’s rotation training for a total of 509 people. According to “the province’s public security organs three basic skills training program” requirements, set up a 15 meters vertical position without accuracy shooting course. By testing thoroughly before starting training, we found that the shooting standard of the police was not satisfactory. The average score was only about 30 rings. The passing rate (passing 25 rings or above and the full ring of 50 rings) was only 75%. This shows that first-line police shooting skills are relatively low.
