病史摘要 患者女性,27岁,工人,住院号198725。孕_1产_0 35 1/7周妊娠,于1978年10月13日入院。在此以前1月余,门诊检查血压由110/70mmHg增高至120/90mmHg,浮肿(-),给服复降片及利眠宁无效。因血压增高(150/110mmHg),且感胸闷、头晕、乃予入院。回顾入院前2个月常有腹泻,大便常规化验(-),未能确诊。以后一直胃纳差、乏力,近2周来并有上腹饱胀和异常口渴。有肝炎接触史。无服用损肝药物或注射血制品史。 体检:体温36.8℃、脉率80次/分、呼吸19次/分、血压150/110mmHg,神志清,巩膜及全身皮肤无黄染,心肺(-),腹部膨隆,肝脾未能满意扪及,宫底剑突下四指,头先露,胎心率136次/分,下肢浮肿(-),膝反射存在。 实验室检查:入院后各项检验结果如下:血常规红细胞400万/mm~3,血色素10.7克％,白细胞6,700/mm~3,中性65％,淋巴35％,血小板检验四次,分别为13.8万,10.5万,10.6万及5.5万/mm~3,血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)第一次>400单位,后降至218单位,死亡当天为54单位,一分钟胆红素检验三次分别为0.1、0.8及0.6mg％,总胆红素为0.4、2.1及1.9mg％,凝血酶元时间为13、14及19
