为配合卫生部制定《保健用品监督管理办法》,1999年对北京、上海、浙江、河南 4省市的保健用品市场现状进行了调查。结果表明 ,市售保健用品的卫生安全性和功效性无保证 ,国家尚无保健用品相关法规 ,保健用品的界定又不明确 ,多部门争审争批 ,造成保健用品管理十分混乱。作者呼吁 ,国家应尽快制定保健用品相关法规 ,对保健用品实行法制化管理。
In line with the Ministry of Health to develop “health products supervision and management approach” in 1999 in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Henan provinces and cities in 4 health supplies market survey. The results show that there is no guarantee for the health safety and efficacy of commercially available health products. There are no laws and regulations on health products in the country, the definition of health care products is not clear, and many departments compete for approval. As a result, the management of health products is very chaotic. The author called for the state should develop health products related laws and regulations as soon as possible, the health care products to implement the legal management.
