社会的不断进步与经济的飞速发展促使企业党建工作在企业中的作用愈发重要。企业党建不但能够凝聚企业向心力,提升企业竞争力,还能够保障企业改革与持续发展。当然,企业党建工作仍然存在一些不足,本文将对企业党建工作的这些问题进行剖析,并有针对性的提出改进措施,以促使企业党建工作的有效进行。
The continuous improvement of the society and the rapid development of the economy have made the role of the party building in the enterprises increasingly important. The party building of enterprises not only can unite the enterprise’s centripetal force, enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness, but also can guarantee the enterprise reform and sustainable development. Of course, there are still some shortcomings in the party building in enterprises. This article will analyze the problems in the party building in enterprises and put forward improvement measures in a targeted manner so as to promote the effective progress of party building in enterprises.
