求利是人们进行技术创新活动的根本目的和主要诱因,人们创新的积极性与创新收益的大小密切相关,而创新收益在很大程度上取决于创新者与创新成果之间的产权关系。所以,有关创新主体与创新成果之间关系的产权制度是激励创新主体的最重要的制度安排。
The pursuit of profit is the fundamental purpose and the main incentive for people to carry out technological innovation activities. The enthusiasm of people’s innovation is closely related to the size of the innovation benefit, and the innovation benefit largely depends on the property rights relationship between the innovator and the innovation achievement. Therefore, the property right system about the relationship between innovation subject and innovation achievement is the most important institutional arrangement to encourage innovation subject.
