元月26日,安徽省科技厅组织主持,在合肥国家大学科技园召开安徽省生产力促进中心(以下简称“中心”)成立十周年座谈会。省政协副主席卢家丰、刘光复,原省政协副主席张润霞,原省科委主任常本英,省科技厅厅长唐承沛,副厅长刘苹、张国栋,省科协党组书记、副主席周建强及合肥市政协副主席盛志刚等亲临会议并发表了热情洋溢的讲话。国家科技部高新司李健司长专门打来电话表示祝贺,中国生产力促进中心协会及江苏等兄弟省市生产力促进中心也发来贺电,蚌埠淮丰集团等有关企业,用友软件公司、武汉开目公司等合作伙伴也应邀参加了座谈会。座谈会上中心负责人马晓群从机制创新、特色服务、构建生产力促进中心服务体系三个方面全面回顾总结了安徽省生产力促进中心十年发展历程及所取得的成绩,初步确立“中心”今后的着力方向和工作目标,即在现有发展基础上,抓住机遇,以中心通过ISO9000质量管理体系认证为契机,把工作重点转移到提高生产力促进中心整体素质和服务功能、服务水平上来,不断开拓新的服务领域,形成二次创业的新局面。众多与安徽省生产力促进中心有多年合作关系的高等学校、科研院所及企业界的同志也在座谈会上畅所欲言,用生动具体的事例讲述了与“中心”的合作情况,对“中心”在促进中小企业技术创新,提高
