全球城市,是上海未来发展的新定位。上海若在2020年基本建成“四个中心”和社会主义现代化国际大都市,必然将成为全球城市。全球城市的建设目标,是要在更高水平上全面建成小康社会,更加注重人民群众的实际感受,努力使城市让人民生活更美好。日前,上海市委、市政府公布《关于贯彻中央城市工作会议精神进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的实施意见》,围绕城市规划引领、土地节约集约利用、历史风貌保护、城市有机更新、环境保护和建设、综合交通体系等八大方面,细化出42条实施意见,这是上海未来城市发展全局性的纲领文件。
