陕西省人民政府为颁发粮食计划收购与计划供应实施办法及粮食市场管理补充办法的命令(54)府粮字第○○一号兹根据「中央人民政府政务院关于实行粮食的计划收购和计划供应的命令」及「中央人民政府政务院关于粮食市场管理暂行办法」的规定,制定「陕西省粮食计划收购与计划供应实施办法」「陕西省粮食市场管理补充办法」,经本府第十三次委员会议讨论通过并经呈奉西北行政委员会一九五四年元月二日(54)会财经字第一号批覆批准,兹随令颁发,希即遵照执行为要。主席赵寿山副主席潘自力张凤翙韩兆鹗一九五四年元月九日
Order of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government for Issuing Implementation Measures on Grain Purchase and Planning Supply and Supplementary Measures for Food Market Management (54) Fu Liang Zi No. 001 According to the “Order of the Central People’s Government and State Council on Planned Purchase and Planned Supply of Grain Order ”and“ Provisional Measures of the Central Government of the People’s Government on the Administration of the Grain Market, ”formulated the Measures for the Implementation of the Purchase and Supply of Grain Plans in Shaanxi Province, and the Supplementary Measures for the Administration of Grain Markets in Shaanxi Province.
