在汽车变速器中,有的换档采用移动啮合的方法,为了减少自动脱档现象,在啮合套齿座上采用了双层齿中单层单面减薄的设计。如解放CA10B型汽车变速器中的第四速及第五速固定齿座,形状如图1所示,在齿圈1的齿形右面齿厚减薄0.45mm。加工此种零件,通常采用先把齿形尺寸精插好,然后再插减薄层,这种工艺方法,对刀困难,生产效率低,零件尺寸不稳定。针对这种情况,我们采用了双插齿刀加工双联齿轮单层单面减薄的加工方法。加工方法如图2所示,用两把同样规格和大小的插齿刀叠装在刀杆上,中间用垫套隔开,两把插齿刀
