施工企业在建设铁路客运专线桥梁工程时,若遇到墩身较深的情况,便会使用无支架薄壁空心墩,建立定型钢模板。相比其他墩类,无支架薄壁空心墩的施工难度更大,对施工人员的要求更高。施工企业必须提高自身的施工技术保证桥梁质量。简单介绍建立无支架薄壁空心模的几种施工方案,从模板制作、模板安装等方面分析了无支架薄壁空心墩的翻模施工技术以及施工要点。以便施工企业提升自身的施工技术,保证桥梁的施工能够正常运行,延长桥梁的使用寿命。
