省委十三届九次全会,审议通过了《中共浙江省委关于补短板的若干意见》(简称《意见》)。这是我省在“十三五”开局之年,根据党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会精神,深入学习领会习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,总结我省发展实践、遵循发展规律、顺应阶段变化、适应新的发展要求作出的重大决策部署,是推进落实“十三五”规划、高水平全面建成小康社会的重大战略举措。《意见》深刻阐明了补短板的总体要求、主要任务和保障措施,是“十三五”时期推进我省高质量均衡性发展、全面建成小康社会标杆省份的指导性文件。
