深化“阳光工程”建设,让企业行为在阳光下运作,引导干部员工依法办事、廉洁从业,是完善惩防体系、创新管控模式、强化风险防范,确保企业健康、科学发展的重要课题。浙江浙能台州第二发电有限责任公司(以下简称台二公司)从阳光建设的角度探索“阳光工程”的内涵与外延,初步形成了符合台二特色的阳光理念和规则。

Zhejiang Zheneng Taizhou Second Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Taiwan Second Company) explored the connotation and extension of “Sunshine Project” from the perspective of sunshine construction and initially formed sunshine concepts and rules that conformed to the characteristics of Taier II.
