上海市经原国家教委批准于1996年起参加高等教育学历文凭考试试点工作,3年来已有21所民办高校(筹)、进修学院和社区学院先后参加试点工作。目前,在校学生已达9000名,他们分别在21所学校就读28个专业。开展高等教育学历文凭考试试点工作,旨在探索我国高等教育的新形式。参加试点工作的学校招收当年高考成绩在录取分数线以下50分以内的落榜生,上一年高考成绩在录取分数线以下50分以内的历届落榜生也可报名就读。学校坚持“宽进严出”的原则,各校必须按教育行政部门的要求,严格管理,认真办学。学制为3年。学生在校期间必须按规定修完国家规定的课程,国家将组织10门课程的统一考试,修业期满3年,各门功课经考试成绩合格者,可领取国家承认的大专文凭。今年将有700名左右的学生毕业。本刊这一期首先介绍有首届毕业生的6所学校的办学情况,其余15所参加试点工作的学校在明年、后后也将分别有学生毕业。
Shanghai Municipality, approved by the former State Education Commission, took part in the pilot program of diploma education for higher education since 1996. Over the past three years, 21 privately-run colleges and universities (preparatory work), and further studies and community colleges have participated in pilot projects. At present, there are 9,000 students enrolled in the school. They have 28 majors in 21 schools.
