如何解决整体道床快速施工,是设计、施工、运营单位共同关心的问题。1968年我院和铁三局、北京局协作,共同对整体道床的施工方法进行了探讨,认为“拼装化”是整体道床快速施工的发展方向。因此,作了框架拼装式整体道床的设计,并在京包线八达岭隧道进行了试验。但建成后通车不久,框架联接横杆处出现了许多裂缝,而且发展很快。针对上述情况,我们于1969年6月在北京局南口站区,召开了有施工、运营、设计及科研单位参加的“三结合”现埸总结会,会上肯定“拼装化”的方向,同时分析了这次试验,认为框架裂缝
How to solve the rapid construction of the whole track bed is a common concern of design, construction and operation units. In 1968, our institute cooperated with the Third Railway Bureau and the Beijing Bureau to discuss the construction method of the whole track bed. It is considered that “assembling” is the development direction of the rapid construction of the whole track bed. Therefore, a frame-assembled monolithic ballast bed was designed and tested at the Badaling Tunnel in Beijing. However, shortly after the completion of its construction, there were many cracks in the frame joint rails and its development was rapid. In response to the above, in June 1969, we held a summary session of the “Three Combinations” of construction, operation, design and scientific research units at the Bureau of Nankou Station in Beijing. At the meeting, we decided to “assemble” the direction, at the same time Analysis of the test, that frame cracks
