新疆乌鲁木齐市第13小学2007年6月29日～7月2日相继发生水痘病例52例,依据《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》界定为一般突发公共事件。此次疫情引起了天山区区委、区人民政府的高度重视,主管常委亲自召开现场会,协调卫生局、教育局及疾控中心制定防控措施,部署行动方案,使疫情得到了及时有效的控制,现报告如下。
