本文认为广东要成功实现产业的转型升级,必须从宏观、微观两方面引导企业嵌入全球价值链,实现加工贸易企业从产业链的低端向高端迈进,并逐步在全球分工中占据有利地位。
This paper argues that in order to successfully achieve industrial transformation and upgrading in Guangdong, it is necessary to guide the enterprises to embed the global value chain from the macroscopical and microcosmic perspectives so that the processing trade enterprises can move from the low end to the high end of the industrial chain and gradually occupy a favorable position in the global division of labor.
