我们在研究青海小柴旦盐湖的全新世湖滩岩型的硼质细砂岩中,发现了由菌藻作用形成的原生白云石。经薄片、染色、微化、红外光谱分析、粉晶分析和电子探针等多种方法研究后,确定该矿物为原白云石(Ca57.5 Mg42.5),白云石产出状态有二:一是呈砂粒的泥晶包壳存在,包壳厚一般为0.01~0.1毫米;其次呈藻屑和藻团块出现。在扫描电镜下,泥晶包壳中白云石呈莓球状,莓球直径一般为2—3微米,由大小为0.2—0.4微米的,形状为圆球形、卵球形白云石组成。白云石颗粒如此细小,且为球形体,尤其是集合体呈特殊的莓球状,无疑是保留了细菌群体外形的有机生成物。藻屑和藻团块也由类似的白云石超微颗粒组成,单偏光下藻丝体清晰可见,属菌藻生成物,经氯仿浸泡,荧光照射,化学分析均证实在泥晶色壳,藻屑和藻团块中富含有机质。
In the study of the Holocene lake beach rock type boron fine sandstone in Xiao Chaidan Salt Lake, Qinghai, we found the primary dolomite formed by the action of bacteria and algae. After the study of many methods, such as flake, dyeing, micronization, infrared spectrum analysis, powder crystal analysis and electron probe, it is confirmed that the mineral is the original dolomite (Ca57.5 Mg42.5) and the dolomite has two output states: First, the presence of sand grains of the mud shell, the shell thickness is generally 0.01 to 0.1 mm; followed by algal debris and algal blobs appear. Under the scanning electron microscope, the dolomite in the muddy shell is raspberry-shaped. The diameter of the raspberry-shaped ball is generally 2-3 microns. It consists of a spherical or ovoid dolomite with a size of 0.2-0.4 microns. Dolomite particles so small, and the spherical body, especially the aggregate was a special raspberry spherical, undoubtedly retain the shape of the bacterial population of organic products. The algae and algal blobs were also composed of similar dolomite ultrafine particles. The monodispersed filamentous tissue was clearly visible under monolayer polarization. The fermented algae was stained with chloroform, fluorescence and chemical analysis. Algae mass is rich in organic matter.
