近年来,随着我国逐步融入全球生产网络,制造业参与国际分工的垂直专业化水平显著提升。本文利用我国相关年份的投入产出表,测算了制造业细分行业垂直专业化水平,并运用2000—2011年我国15个制造业分行业的面板数据,实证检验了垂直专业化对我国制造业技术创新的影响;在此基础上,本文进一步检验了我国知识产权制度对垂直专业化的创新效应影响研究。实证结果表明,参与国际垂直专业化分工提升了我国制造业技术创新能力,其中一般贸易垂直专业化对我国技术创新水平的提高具有促进作用,而加工贸易垂直专业化对我国技术创新水平的提高产生了抑制作用。与此同时,研究发现当前我国适度的知识产权保护,更有利于垂直专业化对我国技术创新水平的推动作用。
In recent years, as China gradually integrates into the global production network, the level of vertical specialization in the manufacturing sector participating in the international division of labor has risen significantly. In this paper, we use the input-output table of China’s related years to measure the level of vertical specialization in the manufacturing subdivision industry. By using the panel data of 15 manufacturing sub-sectors in China from 2000 to 2011, this paper empirically tests the effect of vertical specialization on China’s manufacturing On the basis of this, this paper further examines the impact of our country’s intellectual property system on the vertical specialization of innovation effect. The empirical results show that participation in international vertical specialization enhances the capability of technological innovation in manufacturing in China. The vertical specialization of general trade can promote the improvement of technological innovation level in our country, while the vertical specialization of processing trade brings about the improvement of the level of technological innovation in our country Inhibition. At the same time, the study finds that the moderate protection of intellectual property rights in our country is more conducive to the vertical specialization to promote the level of technological innovation in China.
