温殿忠教授,黑龙江大学电子工程学院党总支书记兼副院长,博士生导师。1949年4月23日生,1975年7月毕业于黑龙江大学物理系半导体专业并留校任教,1987年在职完成微电子学与固体电子学的硕士研究生课程。1992年赴加拿大阿尔伯塔大学电气工程系深造,经考核被正式注册为加拿大阿尔伯塔大学研究生院特别研究生,在著名教授罗浦逊指导的做电子研究实验室专攻硅微型气流传感器的理论和多晶硅负阻特性研究。1993年放弃加拿大阿尔伯塔大学各种优厚待遇和条件,回国后继续从事教学和科研工作。
Professor Wen Dianzhong, party secretary and vice president of Party School of Electronic Engineering, Heilongjiang University, doctoral tutor. Born in April 23, 1949. He graduated from the Department of Physics of Heilongjiang University in July 1975 and stayed in the school to teach. In 1987, he worked on a postgraduate course in microelectronics and solid state electronics. In 1992 went to CanadaDepartment of Electrical Engineering, University of Alberta, was formally registered as a graduate student at the University of Alberta in Canada, Professor Luo Suoxun, the famous professor of electronic research lab specializing in silicon micro-air flow sensor theory and Study on Negative Resistance of Polycrystalline Silicon. Abandoned various favorable treatment and conditions of University of Alberta in 1993 and continued to engage in teaching and research work after returning to China.
