目的通过对比国内外放射卫生标准管理模式,对我们国家放射卫生标准管理工作提出建议,为提高国家放射卫生标准管理工作水平提供科学依据。方法调研分析相关国际组织和部分发达国家的放射卫生标准管理模式,并与中国的放射卫生标准管理模式相比较。结果与国外放射卫生标准管理相比,中国放射卫生标准虽然在一定程度上反映了市场的需求,但仍是以政府计划管理为核心,标准管理工作仍需改进。结论应借鉴国外放射卫生标准管理经验,鼓励企业和行业协会等社会资源积极参与标准研制,加强标准实施评价,推动中国放射卫生标准管理模式的创新,提高管理水平。
OBJECTIVE To compare the domestic and international standards of radiation health management to make recommendations on the management of radiation health standards in our country and provide scientific basis for improving the management of national radiation health standards. Methods The research was conducted to analyze the standards of management of radiation health in relevant international organizations and some developed countries and to compare with the standards of management of radiation health in China. Results Compared with foreign standards of management of radioactive hygiene, although China’s standards of radioactive hygiene reflect the market demand to a certain extent, it is still based on the management of government programs and the standard management still needs improvement. Conclusion We should learn from the management experience of foreign radiation health standards and encourage social resources such as enterprises and trade associations to actively participate in the development of standards, strengthen the evaluation of standards implementation, promote the innovation of China’s radiation health standards management model and improve the management level.
