本文探讨了应用倍频Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ固体激光器治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变的疗效，结果显示：激光治疗不能明显提高患者的视力，但可缩短病程，降低复发率，并对激光治疗机理、适应症进行了探讨。
