对宫颈炎、宫颈鳞状上皮Ⅰ—Ⅱ级不典型增生,外阴尖锐湿疣、宫颈原位癌及浸润癌共91例及男性肛门、包皮尖锐湿疣(3例)、寻常疣或扁平疣(6例)、食管癌(15例)和晚期卵巢癌(2例)用免疫过氧化物酶法(PAP法)检测组织细胞核内HPVCA。结果表明,HPVCA多见于尖锐湿疣(14/27例)、寻常疣类(4/6例)及轻中度不典型增生(6/21例)等病变组织,而且主要分布在上皮的浅表层。这些组织中也有不少挖空细胞,但两者并不完全一致。宫颈浸润癌HPVCA阳性率最低(1/17例)。卵巢癌及食管癌均呈阴性。
Of cervicitis, cervical squamous Ⅰ - Ⅱ grade atypical hyperplasia, genital warts, cervical carcinoma in situ and invasive cancer in 91 cases and male anus, prepuce warts (3 cases), common warts or flat warts (6 cases ), Esophageal cancer (15 cases) and advanced ovarian cancer (2 cases) were detected by immunoperperoxidase method (PAP method). The results showed that HPVCA more common in condyloma acuminatum (14/27 cases), common warts (4/6 cases) and mild to moderate dysplasia (6/21 cases) and other lesions, and mainly in the superficial epithelium. Many of these organizations also hollow out cells, but the two are not exactly the same. Cervical invasive carcinoma HPVCA positive rate of the lowest (1/17 cases). Ovarian cancer and esophageal cancer were negative.
