几年的班主任工作,使我深深感受到“以情感人”是教育学生的根本方法。爱学生,是一个教师职业道德的核心和灵魂,它可产生巨大的力量,拉近与学生的距离。班主任要树立以人为本的先进理念——视学生为朋友、为知己、为亲人,一切为了学生,真正把学生的全面发展当作教育的出发点和归宿。所以我觉得班主任工作不妨从“人本”二字入手。
Years of class teacher work, so I deeply feel “to the emotional person ” is the fundamental way to educate students. Love students, is the core and soul of a teacher’s professional ethics, it can produce tremendous power, to narrow the distance with the students. The class teacher should establish advanced concepts of people-oriented - regard students as friends, friends and relatives, all for students, and regard the all-round development of students as the starting point and end-result of education. So I think the class teacher may wish to start from the “people ” word.
