海府办[2015]220号各区人民政府,市政府直属有关单位:《海口市主城区个人住宅规划建设管理办法》已经2015年7月10日十五届市政府第43次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请认真组织实施。2015年8月31日海口市主城区个人住宅规划建设管理办法第一条为加强本市主城区个人建设住宅的规划管理,规范个人建设住宅行为,根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《中华人民共和国建筑法》和《海南省城乡规划条例》《海口市城乡规划条例》等有关法律、法规,以及国务院简政放权有关要求,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
