本文对925℃下高温碳氮共渗与渗碳20CrMnMo钢的接触疲劳、耐磨及静压曲弯等机械性能进行了比较。并对接触疲劳试样的接触带及非接触带上的残留奥氏体量、显微硬度分布及扫描电镜组织进行了分析,试验结果认为,高温碳氮共渗具有比渗碳更高的耐磨性及接触疲劳抗力;无论高温碳氮共渗或渗碳、直接淬火后接触疲劳抗力均高于一次淬火的,但强塑性均低于一次淬火的。
In this paper, 925 ℃ high temperature carbonitriding and carburizing 20CrMnMo steel contact fatigue, wear and hydrostatic bending and other mechanical properties were compared. The contact austenite and the residual austenite, the microhardness distribution and the SEM of the contact fatigue specimens were analyzed. The results show that the high temperature carbonitriding has higher resistance than carburizing Wear resistance and contact fatigue resistance; no matter high-temperature carbonitriding or carburizing, the contact fatigue resistance after direct quenching is higher than that of one quenching, but the strong plasticity is lower than that of one quenching.
