由劳动部锅炉压力容器检测研究中心与机电部合肥通用机械研究所负责,七个单位共同承担的国家科委重点科技项目“带缺陷压力容器安全性评定研究”(K89-03-17)于1992年7月9日通过了专家鉴定。鉴定委员会由戴树和、庄育智等著名专家组成,劳动部科技办王东岩副司长到会主持。该课题以在役压力容器缺陷状况数据的收集、分析为先导,体积型缺陷安全评估方法研究为核心,面型缺陷安全评估若干问题的探索为触角,比较全面地开展了带缺陷压力容器的安全性评定研究,是“七五”期间劳动部规模最大、级别最高、经费最多(40万元)的科研课题。
