读者是公共图书馆赖以生存和发展的基础,但近些年公共图书馆读者群体逐渐减少,引起了广泛的关注。为此,本文结合笔者多年实践经验,主要围绕多元文化消费、经费短缺、意识淡薄、行业竞争和服务水平等方面探讨了公共图书馆读者流失现象,并针对性提出一些有效的解决措施,以供实践参考。
Readers are the basis for the survival and development of public libraries. However, the readership of public libraries has been gradually reduced in recent years, arousing widespread concern.
