研究茶多酚对细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤的作用。方法采用3种自由基生成体系诱导红细胞膜脂质过氧化,脂质过氧化物用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定。结果茶多酚对黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶系统、H2O2及UV照射三种方法引起的细胞膜硫代巴比妥酸反应物(TBARS)生成增加均有抑制作用,其作用呈剂量依赖性,IC50分别为2.29、1.65和2.73mmolL-1。结论茶多酚对自由基引起的细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤有保护作用。
To study the effect of tea polyphenols on lipid peroxidation of cell membranes. Methods Three kinds of free radical production system were used to induce lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane. Lipid peroxide was measured by thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method. Results Tea polyphenols inhibited the increase of cell membrane thiobarbituric acid (TBARS) production induced by the xanthine-xanthine oxidase system, H2O2 and UV irradiation in a dose-dependent manner. IC50 They were 2.29, 1.65 and 2.73 mmol L-1, respectively. Conclusion Tea polyphenols have protective effects on free radical-induced membrane lipid peroxidation injury.
