学习型组织是通过培养学习气氛,充分发挥员工的创造性思维而建立起来的一种扁平的、人性的、持续发展的组织。根据学习型组织这一崭新理念来构建电力企业员工培训的新体系,明确提出了培训的理念、目标和核心。并从培训文化、培训需求分析、培训方案的制定与实施、培训效果的评估和员工培训激励机制这五方面来构建新体系。
Learning organization is a kind of flat, human and sustainable organization that is established by cultivating a learning atmosphere and giving full play to the creative thinking of employees. According to the new concept of learning organization to build a new system of staff training in power enterprises, clearly put forward the concept of training, goals and core. And build a new system from five aspects: training culture, training needs analysis, the formulation and implementation of training programs, the evaluation of training effectiveness and staff training incentive mechanism.
